2. The legal basis and purpose of the Administrator’s processing of your personal data is: 1.) Article 6(1)(a) RODO, i.e.: data processing is carried out on the basis of your consent in order to send you, by means of electronic communication (email, sms, mms), using telecommunication terminal equipment (telephone, computer), marketing content, including commercial information aboutPrefabed Sp. z o.o. , its services, organised events. 2.) Article 6(1)(b) RODO, i.e.: – the processing is carried out due to the necessity of this processing for the performance of a contract, if a contract of cooperation has been concluded with you or, 3.) Art. 6(1)(c) RODO, i.e.: – the processing of the data is carried out due to the necessity to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller, i.e.: in order to fulfil obligations arising from generally applicable laws, tax regulations and accounting scope; 4.) Art. 6(1)(f) RODO, i.e..: – the processing of data is carried out due to our legitimate interest in answering questions, providing informative content about its activities, and the products and services it offers at the request of the persons concerned; 5.) Art. 6(1)(f) RODO, i.e.: – the processing of data is carried out due to our legitimate interest to conduct analyses in order to improve the services provided and to introduce new services; 6.) Art. 6(1)(f) RODO, i.e. – the processing of data is carried out due to our legitimate interest to establish/claim or defend against claims,

3. You have the right to request access to the content of your data and to rectify, erase, restrict processing, as well as the right to data portability. You furthermore have the right to object to the processing – where the processing is based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) RODO. Where personal data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for such marketing, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.

4. Your data will not be used for the purpose of automated decision-making, including profiling as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the RODO.

Your personal data are processed on a voluntary basis and will only be processed for as long as they are necessary for the aforementioned purposes or until you effectively object to their processing or withdraw your consent. The processing period may be extended each time by the period of the statute of limitations for claims, if the processing of personal data is necessary for the assertion of possible claims or the defence against such claims.

6. Your personal data may be forwarded to our business partners, in particular to providers of IT, graphic and design solutions, to entities providing us with accounting, legal, courier or postal services exclusively in connection with the fulfilment of our purposes.

7. If the processing of your personal data takes place on the basis of your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Consent may be withdrawn by sending information to our email address given in point 1 above or in writing to the Administrator’s address.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) or the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016. 2. Cookies shall mean IT data stored in users’ terminal equipment for the purpose of using websites. In particular, these are text files containing the name of the website from which they come, the time of storing them on the end device and a unique number.

3. The website does not automatically collect any information except that contained in cookies.

4. Cookies are intended for the use of the pages of the website.

The operator uses these files for: the ability to log in and maintain the user’s session on each successive page of the website, to adapt the content of the website to the user’s individual preferences, above all these files recognise the user’s device in order to display the website according to the user’s preferences to create anonymous statistics excluding the possibility of identifying the user.
